Mini Omlettes Prepped Ahead
Prep your breakfasts ahead of time on the weekend for the workweek.

Decide on your ingredients you want in your omelette. Pick your favorites and chop to size.

Place veggies and other fillings into the wells of a muffin ban.

Don’t forget the cheese!

Whisk your eggs. Add milk, salt/pepper and other seasonings, if desired.

Pour mixture over your fillings in muffin pan.

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes until they rise.

Once cooled, place them in the freezer. Simply microwave in the AM for a quick, healthy breakfast!
