Mini Strawberry Napoleons
Unfold thawed puff pastry sheet

With rolling pin lightly roll out dough

Use a cookie cutter and cut dough into desired shape

Place puff pastry pieces on lined baking sheet and bake in preheated oven at 400f for about 15 minutes

Bake until golden in color

Using a serrated knife cut each piece in half

Add 1/2 cup softened butter to a mixing bowl and beat until creamy

Add in half can (6.5oz) sweetened condensed milk

Mix until no large pieces of butter remain

Mix in 8oz of whipped topping with a spatula until all ingredients are incorporated

Clean strawberries from leaves and slice

Prepare a pipping bag with a Wilton tip 21 then fill with cream

Fill bottom piece with cream, top with strawberry slice, then pipe a small amount of cream on top and top with top puff pastry piece

Dust tops with powder sugar
