To wheat flour add spices, garlic , oil and salt

Knead to soft dough ,cover and rest for 20-30mins.Roll & roast Parantha with ghee/oil

Heat a pan with oil, add curry leaves add onions, fry till it becomes transparent.then add tomatoes

Once the tomatoes turn mushy, add red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder and salt.

Add besan slurry, water and cook covered until the tomatoes are well cooked.

keep the flame low, cook the gravy till the desired consistency is reached.Finally add kasuri methi
