5 Minute Chicken Breast
Using the Meat Tenderizer, pound chicken to same thickness.

All the pieces should be the same thickness from the thick part to the skinny end.

Add 1/2 cup Olive Oil to the prepped chicken.

Then press 4 garlic cloves & add salt and pepper.

Mix to cover all the chicken. Let marinate for 15 minutes.

Prep your grill. Using the Grill Scraper, scrape clean. Heat to 350°.

Turn your flame to low, using the Tongs, let excess oil drip a little before placing on the hot gril

Grill for 5 minutes, then flip and grill 5 more minutes.

Temp your chicken. When inside temp reaches 165°, remove and serve.
