Slice the bell peppers into thin strips.

Wipe the mushrooms to clean and slice in thin strips.

To make the sauce add grated ginger, sesame oil, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce and braggs aminos.

Pick rotisserie chicken or use thinly sliced chicken breast.

Start cooking the noodles in boiling water.

Add some sesame oil to a large skillet and add chicken and vegetables.

Add the sauce and stir to combine.

Add the noodles and toss together.

Add snow peas or spinach and stir to combine. Serve.
