Use the small rock crock. Prep red +yellow peppers and slice.

Add sliced red onions to veggies then season chicken with 1-2 Tbsp Tex Mex Rub

Add 2 cloves of Garlic using Garlic Press.

Arrange chicken on top of veggies in the Rock Crock
Add a little more Tex Mex Rub on top. <Please note some rubs do have added sugar but not alot!> Microwave for 15 minutes til Chicken is done

The Chicken is cooked and now we get to chop the chicken!

Chop chop chop with the Salad Choppers and you are done and ready to serve with tortillas, or lettuce wraps!
