Let’s make a Fresh Apple Pie Smoothie. It’s so easy to make!
Ingredients: 1 apple, “milk” of choice, oats, maple syrup, cinnamon, & ice.
Add all ingredients, except ice, into blender.
Blend away! And add ice to desired consistency.
Packed with fiber for gut health & quercetin-a natural anti-inflammatory. Cheers to good health!
