30-Minute, One Pan Ground Beef Stroganoff
With just 30 minutes and one pan, you can have this creamy, cozy Stroganoff on the table!
Brown ground beef in a 12-13” nonstick sauté pan or pot. (4 quart cocotte shown.) Remove from pan.
Cook onions and mushrooms in butter or oil until starting to brown. Add garlic and cook for 1 min.
Deglaze the pan with cognac. Add ground beef back to the pan and stir in flour. Cook for 1-2 mins.
Stir in beef broth, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Hungarian paprika, and fresh thyme.
Add egg noodles. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer 7-10 mins, stirring occasionally.
Stir in sour cream, lemon juice, parsley, and thyme. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Sauce will thicken as it stands. Garnish with parsley and serve!
