5-Minute Pizza Dough
1-1/2 cups of flour

1-1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp baking soda

1 cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)

Create dough

Flour your work station

Knead dough for 4 minutes

Roll dough, creating slightly over a 12” circle

Optional: Roll the edges to create a crust

Using Pampered Chef’s Pizza Peel, transfer the dough to a Pizza Stone

Bake at 400*F for 9-13 minutes

Add sauce and your favorite toppings

Bake for another 5 minutes until all the cheese is melted and the crust is a golden brown
