Squat and Lift - 30sec per side. Squeeze your glutes on the way up!

Wall sit - 1 min. Keep your knees at 90 degrees and back against the wall.

Squat - 1 min. Squeeze your glutes on the way up!

Lunge pulses - 30 sec per side. Try and stay low the entire time.

Straight leg kicks - 1 min per side. Flex your foot to activate the hamstrings!

Donkey kick pulses - 1 min per side.

Glute bridge with pulse - 1 min. Squeeze your glutes on the way up!
