Start by slicing your cod into a filet slice and seasoning with salt & pepper on each side.

Melt butter in your skillet and place cod fillets down. Cook on medium high each side until golden.

Place fish aside. Using the same pan add some oil and vegetables!

Turn your heat down to low & add butternut squash noodles and garlic!

Add your sauce & simmer on low 10-15 min.
