What you'll need
2 Tbsp Of Soy sauce
2 Tbsp Brown sugar
1/2tsp Sesame Oil
1/2 Tsp Minced Garlic
1/4 Cup white miso paste
8oz Fresh Cod Filet
Combine miso, brown sugar, soy, garlic and sesame oil
Whisk until smooth
Heat olive oil and add cod. Season with salt and pepper
Turn cod and glaze with the miso paste. Transfer to a 400o oven for about 6m
Add some parsley and serve
