Miso Salmon Bowls
Add minced garlic, ginger, braggs aminos and honey to a mixing bowl.

Add white miso paste and sesame oil & stir to combine. Reserve half for drizzling on top if desired.

Add salmon filets and marinade to a ziplock bag and seal. Let sit at least 20 minutes.

Cut the broccoli into florets.

Place the broccoli and salmon on a foil lined baking sheet.

Drizzle the broccoli with oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast in 400 F oven for 15 minutes.

Slice cucumber.

Peel the carrots into long ribbons.

Slice a green onion.

Cook the rice according to package directions.

Removed the salmon and broccoli from the oven. Look at that caramelization!

Assemble the bowls. Add rice, cucumber, carrots and broccoli.

Remove the salmon with a spatula (this will remove skin), add everything seasoning and green onion.
