Put the ganache on the baked flourless cake layer.

Whisk together the milk chocolate pudding ingredients and heat on the stovetop.

Strain the pudding and then place on the cooled ganache layer.

Make the stabilized chocolate whipped cream with the reserved ganache.

Garnish the pie with chocolate pearls and shaved chocolate.

Serve chilled. Can be made up to two days ahead of time.
