preheat oven to 350 degrees F. whisk quick oats, flour, brown sugar & salt.

add butter & cut into the dry ingredients.

combine fruits, sugar, flour, lemon juice & almond extract & stir.

lightly grease oven-proof pan.

layer fruit mixture in the bottom of pan.

sprinkle the crisp topping evenly over the fruit.

transfer to oven & bake 40-45 mins. until fruit is bubbly & crisp is golden.
