Mixed Berry Puff Pastry Tart

Brown Sugar
1/4 teaspoon
Cinnamon
1 tablespoon
Cornstarch
1, lightly beaten

Cut larger strawberries into halves or quarters.

Combine berries with brown sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch. Mix gently.

Roll puff pastry out onto a baking sheet or stone to smooth creases. It doesn’t have to be perfect.

Spoon berries into the center, leaving a 1 1/2-inch border. Fold edges over. Tuck in corners.

Brush egg onto the pastry and bake at 400F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve as is or with a sprinkle of powdered sugar or scoop of ice cream. Enjoy!
