Mocha Bundtlettes
Combine 1 1/3 C flour, 1/3 C cocoa powder, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp salt

Combine 1/2 C coffee & 1/2 C whole milk (both room temp)

Beat together 1/2 C Granulated Sugar, 1/2 C Brown sugar, 1/2 C butter & 1 lg egg

Mix flour mixture alternating with coffee mixture on low until combined

Spritz the pan with oil, lightly dust with flour

Fill wells about 2/3 full

Bake at 350* on middle rack for 16-20 min

Cool on wire rack 5 min, remove from pan & cool completely

Make frosting! Mix 8 oz cream cheese, 4TB butter, 1/2 tsp vanilla, & 1/2 tsp peppermint extract

Gradually add 3-4 C powdered sugar

Drizzle frosting on cooled cakes & decorate
