Mocha Hazelnut Biscotti
Preheat oven at 165 C. In a bowl, take flour, baking powder

Add cocoa powder & salt

Mix all dry ingredients well

In another bowl cream together butter and sugar till combined

Add eggs & vanilla essence and mix well again

Add coffee and mix well again

Fold in dry ingredients in wet ingredients

Fold in chocolate chips

Bring it together with flour dusted on hands, shape into 2 logs, 1/2 inch thick on baking tray

Tray to be lined with parchment paper. The log should be equally thick from all sides

Apply egg wash

Bake for 20-25 mins at 165 degrees C. Let it cool completely & cut into 1 inch thick slices

(Do not turn off the oven) Stand them an inch apart and Bake again for 10-12 mins.

Let cool completely in tray and then wire rack

Once cool, dip 1/3rd of the stick in melted chocolate and top with chopped hazelnut

Line on tray and place in fridge till the chocolate sets.
