Stir together flour, coco powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Put aside.

Combine milk and strong brewed coffee in measuring cup.

Beat butter and sugars together on medium- high speed until light and fluffy.

Add egg and beat until combined.

Add flour mixture in 3 additions, alternating the milk mixture in two additions beating on low speed

Divide batter evenly along greased brownie pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 16-20 minutes. Bake until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.

Frosting: Cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter, vanilla extract, peppermint extract.

Mix together everything except powdered sugar on medium- high speed until creamed together.

Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing until well incorporated.

Use immediately or refrigerate. If put in fridge bring back to room temp before frosting.
