Mofongo (Air Fryer and Traditional Recipe) 2-3 green bananas, 1/2 lb chopped precooked or ready-made pork rinds, 2-3 garlic cloves Place precooked pork rinds in the oven for 60-90 min, or in the air fryer for 35-45 min. until crisp Chop bananas. Peel and put in salted water for 5 min. Dry with absorbent paper and paint with oil (only for air fryer.) Put in Air Fryer base. It should be fried in oil until golden on both sides Leave for 11 min. to 400* Flip and carry for 11 min. more to 400 * Mash bananas and garlic. Add pork rinds and mash. Broth or EVOO may be added to soften mixture Mount on a plate or pylon. Garnish with pork rinds and cilantro. Serve w/ avocado and chicken broth Let’s eat, cook, and hang out around food!
