In a bowl, add garlic cloves , half cup water , half cup brown sugar

In a wok add gg paste , white onion , red chillies

Add capsicum bell pepper chopped , add sauce prepared , 1tsp chilli flakes

Cornflour 1tbsp added with 1/2cup cold water . Add fried beef

Indulge black pepper 1tsp and scallions

Garnish with sesame seeds
