Cut steak into very thin slices

Add steak to bag for easy mixing. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and soy sauce, rice vinegar.

Chop onions and bell pepper

Sauce: water, fresh garlic & ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang sauce, sweet n sour, and honey

10 min before cooking, add cornstarch to steak and mix well.

On high heat, add sauté steak and lower to medium after a few minutes to cook through.

Remove beef and add in veggies. Sauté until fully cooked. No seasoning as sauce already has a lot!

Remove veggies and add sauce mixture. Cook on med/high for about 5 min

Add steak and veggies back in and mix. Top with fresh green onion. Done!
