Moo Shu Pork Bowl
Brown 10 oz ground pork in skillet.

Slice 2 scallions, separating whites from greens.

Halve lime. Then cut one half in two.

Once pork is cooked, add scallion whites & 4 oz coleslaw mix. Cook 2-3 minutes.

Add 4T sweet soy glaze, 2T hoisin sauce & 2T sweet Thai chili sauce. Stir, then turn off heat.

Add juice of lime half. Season with salt & pepper.

Cook microwaveable rice according to package directions. To assemble, add rice to bowl.

Top with pork mixture.
Add scallion greens & sesame seeds. Garnish with lime wedge.
