Mor Kali (Raw Rice Flour & Sour Buttermilk Pudding)
We are making Mor Kali!

I cup raw rice flour, 2 cups sour Buttermilk! Add rice flour to the Buttermilk and mix well!

Add asafoetida powder!

Add the raw rice flour!

Mix well! A very healthy recipe with less oil!

A dish which requires less oil!

The mixture has to be of a thin consistency!

Mix all the ingredients

Add 6 tsp oil, 1 red chilli,1 tsp mustard!

1 tsp orid dal, 1 tsp chan dal.

Saute until golden brown!

Add curry leaves and 1 green chilli! Add the raw rice flour and Buttermilk mix to the kadai and stir continuously!

Our mor kali is taking shape! Notice it is not sticking to the kadai!

It can be eaten with Mint chutney or tomato sauce or as is!
