Mosaru Bajji | Simple Onion Tomato Raita
Add finely chopped Onions & Tomatoes in a bowl

Add Some Salt

Add 2 cups of yogurt

I added another ladleful of yogurt as I felt it could do with a bit more of yogurt

Heat Oil in a pan

Crackle Mustard Seeds

Add 2 chopped Green Chilies

Let it splutter well for about 30 seconds

Pour it over the Raita

Add chopped Coriander leaves

Serve with Pulav/Bisi Bele Bath
