Mouth Watering Carne Picada
Cube round roast. Dry the beef with a paper towel. Combine flour, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl or on a plate, and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a heavy-bottom skillet. Sear cubed beef over medium-high heat in batches until it browns. Transfer beef to the slow cooker.
Stir in the flour and seasoning blend and add the fire roasted tomatoes.
Cook for 3 hours on high.
