Release the tension from the neck and start making half circles leading the movement with your nose

Continue with some spinal movements in both directions, inhale, bring the torso forward, exhale back...

Now find your side bend! And if for any reason it doesn't feel good in the shoulder, bring the hand to the low back or behind the head

Continue with a twist to your right and then to the left

Then find your seated cat and cow pose to mobilize your whole spine! You can also try this one in your hands and knees.

Finally hinge at the hips and enjoy your forward fold, release the neck and head and breathe
