Muffin Tin Scrambled Eggs
the ingredients

finely dice zucchini, onion, yellow squash and bell pepper ~ sauté in butter

whisk eggs with water, kosher salt, pepper, garlic powder and mustard ~ pour the egg mixture into a greased muffin tin
3
add the sautéed vegetables to the egg mixture
4
bake at 375 degrees F for about 20 minutes

remove from oven & sprinkle with fresh parsley
6
use a spoon to remove the egg cups from muffin tin
