3/4 c oats(OF), 1 pkg active dry yeast, 1 tsp salt, 2 c bread flour, 1 1/4 c water, 1/4 c honey

Mix ingredients together in a stand mixer.

Add 1 1/2 c more of bread flour. Mix again.

Brush ceramic pot with oil. Place dough in the pot.

Place the ceramic pot in the wire cradle and lower into the Quick Cooker.

Set the Quick Cooker to “proof” and press “start.”

When timer is up, press cancel. Shape dough into a mound. Brush ceramic pot with oil and add dough.

Brush top with 2 tbsp melted honey and sprinkle with 2 tbsp old fashioned oats.

Lower ceramic pot back into Quick Cooker. Set to “proof” and press “start.”

Press “cancel” when timer is up. Place ceramic pot into 350 degree preheated oven for 40-45 minutes.
