Wash and cut 227g mushrooms. Do not soak mushrooms in water.

Heat 2 tsp of oil or butter over medium heat. Stir in mushrooms and 1/2 tsp ground thyme.

Stir in 2 cups of broth. Bring to boil. Then turn off heat.

Blend mushrooms. Leave some mushrooms chunks if you want.

Stir in 1/2 cup of evaporated milk or cream. Warm and then serve. Enjoy!
