Mushroom Stroganoff With Mashed Potatoes
Insert butterfly whisk. Add potatoes, salt and milk. Cook with simmering basket on lid, 30 minutes/95DEG/reverse speed 1.

Check potatoes are soft. Add butter and mash 30 seconds/speed 3.

Remove butterfly whisk.

Keep mash warm in Thermoserver.

Add onions and garlic to bowl and chop 3 seconds/speed 7.

Scrape down sides of bowl. Add oil and sauté 3 minutes/100DEG/speed 1.

Add stock paste, tomato paste, wine, flour, paprika, lemon juice.

Add half of the portobello, Swiss and brown mushrooms. Stir to combine. Cook 5 minutes/100DEG/reverse stirring speed.

Add remaining mushrooms and sour cream (or dairy free milk). Stir to combine. Cook 5 minutes/100DEG/reverse stirring speed.

Keep warm in Thermoserver.

Serve stroganoff over mashed potato. Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
