What you'll need

Sourdough Bread

Shallot
3.5 ounces
Mushrooms
1 tablespoon
Greek Yogurt (5% or 2%)
Black Pepper

Soy Sauce
1
Sunny-Side-Up Egg
1 teaspoon
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Garlic Cloves
Kosher Salt
1 teaspoon
Thyme
Sauté garlic and shallots over low heat for 3 minutes. Be careful not to let them burn.

Add your mushrooms and soy sauce. Turn up heat to medium, and sauté for another 4 minutes.

Add thyme and Greek yogurt. Stir well to combine.

Toast your piece of bread. Top with mushrooms.

Season with additional salt and pepper to your taste.

Top with a sunny-side-up egg (optional, but highly recommended).
