Mushroom Vegetarian Pasta Sauce
Sauté 1 chopped onion, 4 tsp crushed garlic in 1 Tbsp Olive Oil in a pot

Add 1 pack of mushrooms, chopped and sauté for about 5 mins

Add crushed tomatoes (2 cans/bottles) and 1 can diced tomatoes

Add 1 cup of red wine or 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

Add 1 Tbsp Oregano and 2 tsp Italian seasoning. Simmer for 10-15 mins.

Then add 1 can of lentils, drained and rinsed

Stir and serve over your favourite pasta!
