Lets make some mutton pulao

In instant pot take 2 lbs goat/lamb meat. Add ginger garlic paste

Add 3/4 packet of shan pulao masala. Add 5 cups water. Cook for 30 mins on high pressure
Meanwhile cut 2 medium onions into thin slices and brown them in olive oil

Quick pressure release once 30 mins are up. Add meat to the caramelized onions

Fry meat in onions

Add the left over 1/4th packet of pulao masala and cook for 2 mins

Add 3 cups of rice. Add the broth left in instant pot about 5 cups. If there is not enough, add water to make it 5 cups

Cover and cook for 15-20 mins until its done
Serve warm with yogurt raita
