Mix & marinate mutton, salt and yogurt for 1 hour

Fry for 1 min bay leaves, pepper, cardamoms, cloves and cinnamon sticks for a minute in mustard oil

Add sliced onions, ginger & garlic paste and fry until brown

Add marinated meat & sauté for 10 mins. Add hot water & cook for 45 mins, med-low heat

Add Kashmiri chilli paste & fennel powder. Cook for another 10 mins
