Salt And Black Pepper
Soften peppers and onion on medium heat.

Separate egg whites in bowl.

Add cooked veggies to bowl.

I use spray oil to make sure omelette doesn’t stick. (Can use butter or regular oil.)

Add egg white mixture to small frying pan.

Add spices. Tumeric is anti-inflammatory.

Salt and black pepper to taste.

Once egg is almost done on medium heat get ready to fold.

You can add cheese & other items before the fold! But if not proceed to fold for a perfect omelette.

You can add your favorite berries and breakfast sausage for a complete, healthy breakfast.
