Start by chopping 1 1/2 c. each diced sweet onion, green pepper and tomato.
Sauté 1 lb. ground beef in the 10” Nonstick Stainless Steel Skillet.
Drain off fat in the small stainless steel colander. Put back on skillet, add 1/4 c. Taco seasoning, 1 tsp. Pantry SW seasoning and 1/4 c. water.
Layer 2 QT. Enameled Cast Iron Baker with Tostitos. Spread seasoned ground beef over the chips. Top with chopped veggies.
Cover veggies with 4 oz. each shredded Monterey Jack, Pepper Jack and Sharp Cheddar cheeses. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
