Mix together:2 cups plain flour+1 heaped tsp salt+1 tsp cumin seeds(zeera)+1 tsp carom seeds(ajwain)

Knead with cold water, till a nice smooth dough forms. Neither too hard nor too soft.

Divide into 3-4 balls and roll out one by one, keeping rest covered

Roll out very thinly & cut into diamond shaped patterns using a sharp knife or pizza cutter

Heat oil in a pan or wok & fry on medium-low heat till golden and crisp. Keep turning.

Take out on paper towel.Let them cool & they will get crisp. Store in airtight jar/box once cool.
