Nana’s Sausage Stuffing With A Twist!!
Sauté butter & celery in the 12 in cast iron

Add onion and cook until tender

Add crumbled sausage and cook until sausage is done

Add sausage mixture to bowl with stuffing

Add 1 container of chicken stock to start ( add more as needed)

THE TWIST!! add cranberries and chopped pecans

Put butter on the bottom of the cast iron
7
Add the stuffing back in to the pan
8
When heating add more stock if needed & pieces of butter to the top take from the oven to the table!
