Natto Omelette(Japanese Fermented Soybeans Recipe)
Ingredients: 3 Eggs, 1 pack Natto(50g) (the sauce included), 2 Scallions, 1 Tbsp Shredded nori, Pinch of salt, Mayonnaise and Scallions for topping
Chop 2 scallions into small pieces.
Beat 3 eggs in a bowl, add pinch of salt, 1 pack natto, natto sauce(comes with the pack), and mix well.
Add 1 Tbsp shredded nori, chopped scallions, and mix well.
Pour oil in a frying pan over medium heat, slowly pour the egg mixture, cover and cook for 3 minutes.
Open the lid, fold the egg in half. Tweak the shape with a spatula.
Place it on a plate and top with mayonnaise and chopped scallions.
