Neapolitan Style Pizza Dough (Vegan & Oil-free)
Add yeast, warm water, and sugar to a bowl to let the yeast proof.

Mix the liquid with type 00 flour and salt.

Mix until a sticky dough starts to form.

Then knead it a little with your hands.

Place on a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes.

It’s messy but fun!

Put back into the same bowl, cover, and place in the refrigerator to let rise overnight.

The next day the dough will have doubled in size!

Cut the dough in half, form 2 disks, and let rise on the counter for 1 hour.

Stretch each dough ball by hand.

Place on a well-floured pizza paddle.

Add your toppings!

Cook on a preheated pizza stone for just 7 to 9 minutes!
