NEW MOON IN CAPRICORN
Breathe and stand in mountain pose

Half moon: put hands together over head and reach over to the left/right as far as you can

Goddess pose: spread legs apart and put feet outward. While hands are up like lego toys

Five pointed star : have legs and feet shoulder length apart

Triangle pose: turn your back leg towards you and put your plam on the ground by your front foot
5
Pyramid with extended arms: let both hands meet by your front foot
6
Extended crescent lounge: outback knee on the floor while your front leg is in a lounge with your hands up!

Side lounge: on your left foot squat and extend your right leg to where you’re on your heel
8
Garland or cross cross: I choose cross cross clearly

Extend lounge on the opposite side

Extend crescent lounge on the opposite side
