Place beef in a pot, add onions, salt and black pepper, and boil till tender.

Blend tomatoes, habanero pepper, red bell pepper and onion.

Sauté onions in olive oil and pour in the tomato purée.

Sauté for 5 minutes.

Add beef, bouillon, curry and thyme.

Pour in the beef stock and add salt if you need it.
