Ninja Foodi Lobster Tails With The Best Compound Butter
Make compound butter. Combine room temperature butter, garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice and zest, parsley, and Old Bay together in a small bowl.
1
Using kitchen shears, butterfly the lobster tails by making a cut up the front of the tail and then pull the lobster meat out and lay on top of shell.
2
Be careful not to fully separate the meat from the tail. The last 20% of the meat should stay connected to the shell.
3
Spread compound butter onto the top of each lobster tail. About 1 tablespoon per tail.
4
Place lobster tails into steamer basket with the tail side facing the bottom of the basket.
5
Place steamer basket into Ninja Foodi.
6
Pour in one cup of broth.
7
Close the pressure cooking lid, make sure the valve is on seal and pressure cook on high for 2 minutes.
8
When timer beeps, move valve to vent and quick release all pressure.
9
Remove lid and serve immediately.
