No Added Sugar Blueberry Jam
Place blueberries in a blender and pulse a few times

Pour into a sauce pan & simmer for 3-5 minutes

Remove from heat, add chia seeds and stir well

Pour into a container and allow to cool for 1-2 hours

Enjoy spread on toast, swirled into yogurt or on top of pancakes!
