No Bake Chocolate Cheesecake With Lemon Curd

Line any baking mould with cling film.

Mix Oreo crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the mould and refrigerate.

Beat cream cheese at room temperature till it’s smooth and fluffy.

Add cocoa powder and sugar, keep whisking.

Scrape down the sides of the bowl and add melted chocolate. Whisk away....

Finally add the whipping cream and whisk until a smooth, creamy filling is ready

Fill the cookie base with the filling and make a little hollow on top. Refrigerate for an hour.

For the lemon curd, whisk lemon juice, sugar and egg..

Add butter and switch on flame on low heat. Keep whisking and cooking till a thick curd is formed.

Add lemon zest to hot curd, let it sit and then pass the curd through a sieve, twice.

Fill the smooth curd into cheesecake hollows and refrigerate for few hours or overnight

Once set, remove the cheesecakes from the cling film and serve!!
