No Bake Collagen Cookies
Mix 1/3 cup cashew butter, 3/4 cup almond flour, 1 tbs flaxseed meal, 2 scoops collagen powder, 1/2 tsp flakey sea salt, 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Add 2 tbs maple syrup, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 2 tbs melted coconut oil

Mix until well combined.

Use a cookie scoop and place on wax paper. Flatten and top with 1/4 cup melted semi sweet chocolate chips and flakey sea salt

Keep going until you use all the dough!

Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until the cookies set.
