Add 2 cups of pitted dates to a food processor

Next add 1 cup chopped almonds to the dates

Add 1 cup mix of cashews and walnuts

Then add 1 cup of rolled oats

Now add 1 cup of dessicated coconut

Add 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Then add 1 tsp cinnamon powder

Add 2 tsp chia seeds to the date nuts mixture

Next add 1/4 cup honey

Next add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp vanilla essence

Blend all the ingredients until combined

It should mix well into a dough

Put the blended mixture in a bowl

Form balls with the dates mix

Each date ball weighs 24gm and yields about 30 protein date balls
