No Bake Lemon & Coconut Protein Bites
1/2 cup protein powder [vanilla or coconut]

1/2 cup melted coconut oil

3/4 cup shredded coconut unsweetened

2 Tbsp maple syrup

Lemon zest to taste

Squeeze lemon into mixing bowl! Pick a juicy lemon!

2 Tbsp coconut flour

Add all ingredients to mixing bowl.

Mix until a batter is formed.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Scoop batter with tablespoon and form into bites.

Ready! Now place them in the fridge for 35-40 min.
