No Bake Peanut Butter Oat Bars!
These peanut butter oatmeal bars are the best trick! They’re no bake, easy and healthy; and the flavor is out of this world.
Take 1 1/4 cup roasted oats & 1/2 cup crushed roasted almonds
In a big bowl add Oats, 1 cup of Peanut butter
Add 1/2 cup organic maple syrup or 1/4 cup honey, 1/4 cup cranberries, 2 Tbsp Kalonji, pinch of sea salt & mix evenly.
Line an 8-inch pan with parchment paper Lightly coat parchment with cooking spray,Spread mixture into pan and press firmly.
Refrigerate til cold (at least an hour.) & then cut into desired pieces.
